double jump.tokyo Launches N CLI: Governance-First Wallet Interface for AI Agents

N CLI acts as a harness for AI agents — enabling autonomous on-chain execution while keeping every transaction under human oversight and enterprise governance.
TOKYO — April 3, 2026 — double jump.tokyo, Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo; Co-CEOs: Hironobu Ueno and Yukinori Matsuya) today announced the launch of N CLI, a new command-line interface for its enterprise wallet platform N Suite. N CLI enables AI agents to propose and execute on-chain transactions — including token transfers, DeFi operations, and NFT management — within a structured, human-supervised approval framework.
Bridging the Gap Between AI Autonomy and Enterprise Control
AI agents are rapidly evolving from text generators into autonomous executors. Enterprises are beginning to deploy them across blockchain workflows — but the infrastructure to do so safely has been missing.
Traditional wallet solutions were designed around human-centric interfaces. They lack the programmatic access layer and governance controls needed for AI agents to operate within corporate compliance frameworks. The core question — who authorized a transaction, within what limits, and with what audit trail — has had no reliable answer, until now.
N CLI closes this gap. It acts as a harness: giving AI agents the ability to interact with N Suite's wallet infrastructure, while ensuring every action passes through an established human approval layer before execution on-chain.

How It Works
N CLI introduces a Human-in-the-Loop workflow with three stages:
Request — The AI agent submits a transaction request via N CLI.
Approve — A designated approver reviews the transaction in N Suite and approves or rejects it.
Execute — Upon approval, the transaction is automatically submitted to the blockchain.
N CLI is framework-agnostic and supports the Open Wallet Standard (OWS), ensuring compatibility with the rapidly growing agentic AI ecosystem.
Key Features
MPC-Powered Private Key Protection: N Suite's Multi-Party Computation (MPC) architecture splits private keys into multiple shares stored in physically isolated environments, including server-side Trusted Execution Environments (TEE). A complete private key never exists in a single location — meaning a compromised environment cannot yield a usable key. This also addresses a known vulnerability in current OWS implementations, where signing occurs within the same OS process as the agent, leaving key material exposed to memory-level attacks. N CLI routes all signing through N Suite's MPC-TEE infrastructure, keeping keys physically separate from the agent's process.
Seamless N Suite Integration: N CLI extends N Suite's existing Request-Approve-Execute workflow to support AI agents — it does not replace it. Enterprises already on N Suite can begin deploying AI agents without rebuilding compliance infrastructure, retraining approvers, or establishing new governance policies. Existing approval chains, access controls, and audit logs apply automatically.
Stablecoin Gas Payments via Paymaster (Roadmap): double jump.tokyo plans to introduce a Paymaster feature based on EIP-7702 and ERC-4337, allowing AI agents to pay transaction gas fees in stablecoins such as JPYC or USDC. This eliminates the need to hold volatile native tokens like ETH for operations, simplifying corporate treasury management and removing crypto volatility from enterprise accounting.
Broad Ecosystem Compatibility: N CLI is framework-agnostic and OWS-compatible, enabling integration with any AI agent framework that supports the Open Wallet Standard.
Looking Ahead
double jump.tokyo views AI agents as a foundational layer of enterprise blockchain operations. The company plans to expand N Suite's agentic capabilities — including deeper governance controls, expanded multi-chain support, and enhanced reporting features — and will collaborate with partners on joint seminars and reference implementations to accelerate enterprise adoption.
About N Suite
N Suite is double jump.tokyo's enterprise wallet platform, combining MPC-based private key management with multi-user approval workflows. It serves organizations from startups to publicly listed companies across their blockchain operations. In 2025, N Suite became the first corporate wallet in Japan to support JPYC, a yen-denominated stablecoin, and continues to expand its multi-chain capabilities.
